I have worked only on the frontside of the jeans, but I would like to conjure some more used-effects on the rear at the pockets. As you design your own jeans, is left to your imagination. The DIY guide is definitely very very simple.

For this DIY project you need:

DIY Idea: Used(Destroyed) Jeans homemade

1.) Jeans
2.) Nutmeg Grater
3.) Corneal File
4.) Seam Ripper

THE DIY TUTORIAL:

DIY PROJECT: Used(Destroyed) Jeans homemade - Step 1Dress on the jeans and rub at the desired location with the nutmeg grater from left to right (or vice versa).

IMPORTANT: Always rub horizontally so the fibers get not damaged. For smaller aereas better take the corneal file.

DIY PROJECT: Used(Destroyed) Jeans homemade - Step 2Once the horizontal threads are visible, you should work smoothly only. The small filaments, which are not rubed away, you can pull out with the seam ripper (or a needle).

DIY PROJECT: Used(Destroyed) Jeans homemade - Step 3To enhance the used-look yet, you can finally grind the complete jeans from left to right (again only horizontally). When you’re done, you wash the jeans, then dress on and delight in the new old jeans have ;-) .
