DIY Advent 3: Peacock Feather Shoes

Once I bought a cheap 48-piece nail paint set from China on eBay. Unfortunately, these nail varnishes only hold well on artificial nails, on my normal nails they peeled off in short time. Therefore I have searched for alternative uses for these coatings – and found one.

For this fashion DIY tutorial you need:

- shoes
- nail polish (different colors, with glitter …)
- a pen

TIP: If you do not have any glitter nail polish, you can merge colorful glitter powder with clear nail varnish.

THE FASHION DIY TUTORIAL:

Search for a matching template (Internet, magazines …) and use the pen to sketch the desired pattern on the shoe. To draw a pretty peacock feather is quite easy;).

Now paint with nail polish. I worked a lot with glitter nail polish, which let the feathers shimmer beautifully.
