I saw a similar tape measure belt at Cool outfit from Michelle, where she presented her jewelry and belt collection. I was immediately blown away, especially as the belt quite easy can be handmade. The tenth DIY Advent door hides an approximately ten-year old top (how fitting!) which I spiced up with a sequined loop. For my Top I took a 1.50 m long and 6 cm wide sequin scarf that was indeed beautiful, but rather scratched me on the neck, so I did not wear it any longer.
Before we start with the instructions, I would say that most of sequined fabrics are very thin and they should at least be folded double. It looks much better when the loop is shimmering brightly. …read more

Every time I see a pretty neckerchief, I’ll buy it, but hardly around my neck, I feel like an air hostess. Ergo, I have an incredible number of small towels, but which I never wear. I often have spiced up shoes and I thought afterwards, that I better should have “pimped” another pair. So I thought about how I could make something not sticky but removable and carry it on different shoes.
